It is a small utility from a company called Ecamm Network. What the software does is displays the free storage area of an iPhone. The software is simple to use basically it is drag and drop. It is important to note that music files and photo files are not supported with this application. But it is great for the use of mass data storage.

Just tap the forward arrow button next to the contact name or phone number and then tap the text message button at the bottom of the contact listing.
