Are you teaching MLM backwards

The answer, 90% and the 10% are the ones that never stop pushing the 90% into doing something that is completely backwards. I call these people the MLM Rock Stars. They are great at making money off about 100% of the population. The problem with this system is that the 90% of the population they go threw to find the 10% become the victims of their complete misunderstanding of network marketing.

I am going to use an analogy and then I would like to ask you a question. Lets say you did not know how to play guitar and you decided to teach 100 people how to play guitar. How many of your students would end up guitar players?

If your answer was 0, you would be wrong. If your answer was between 1 and 10 people, you would be right. Why? If you did not know how to play guitar and you gave lessons to 100 people, about 90% on average would give up and 1 and 10 people would either figure out how to play guitar on their own, get a new teacher. Or, maybe worse yet, they become that 10% that can play guitar and go on to teach others how to play the guitar with no idea how to teach the 90% how to play.

If you are struggling with your MLM, remember, you are fine just the way you are and it is not your fault. There is nothing wrong with you. As for that 10%, they just dont get it; they dont realize that they can not force you become what they are. What are they? They are just pushy sales people disguised as network marketers using MLM to sell products to recruit people. They can not train you to be a pushy sales person any more then you are going to get them to understand that network marketing is about networking not selling and recruiting.

Dont like to sell? Neither do I and nether do the rest of the 90% of people out there, just like you. So, here are your choices, either get 100 people and teach them how to do network marketing the wrong way and out of that many people you might get your 1 to 10 people who will in turn teach network marketing wrong way and the vicious cycle will continue. Or you can learn to network market and build an MLM network the right way with a network of friends which will stick with you for a lifetime.

The reality is, you not only dont need them you should avoid that 10% at all cost. They may build you a downline faster and start an income quicker but what they are doing is selling not network marketing.

If you are not a salesperson, neither they nor you should expect you to have the same success rate. And what will happen, In time, your downline will break off piece by piece, off to try the next best thing, leaving you behind, after spending quite a bit of money, time and hard work, with nothing to show for it.

The 10% are not going to care whether you come or go. They are salespeople and can always sell the next product from the next company to the next person, even if you arent and cant.

Most people understand that multilevel marketing or network marketing has a huge potential to make them extremely rich. In fact, there is nothing wrong with multilevel marketing, network marketing or even direct marketing. However, there is something wrong with recruiting someone through direct marketing sales and then telling them how to direct market in the name of network marketing and multilevel marketing.

Here is what usually happens, when the 90% are recruited into an MLM by the 10%. Without doing any research, the 90% sign up, having no idea what they are doing or expected to do. But, that is okay, because they have their upline support, right? Well if their upline is made up of that 10%, they will be trained how to do network marketing all wrong, from the start.

Then, the 90% go and try to get a few people to sign up and teach them how to not know what they are doing. Just like the ones that signed them up.They, of course, dont get the results they expected. And, after much frustration and the loss of a lot of money, the 90% give up and so does everyone in their downline because they were taught how to sell for a company not how to build a network.

Think about this for a minute. If you have a choice to build your network marketing with the people like you, the 90% rather then just 10% which one would you chose?

You can learn how to do network marketing the right way and then find about ten people from 90% of the population and teach them how to do Network Marketing quite easily. Then, you can help them to teach the 10 people to do the same.. What you will end up with is a network of networking partners, a network that takes care of each other, not the product or the company.

The most important thing you need to know is this - it is not your fault. If you are not where you expected to be by now, or if you are starting to discover that you can not do the things that you are being asked to do by your upline, you need to know it is not your fault.

Now that you know that it is not your fault, it is time to learn how to accept being that 90% and know that this is ok. You do not need to be someone else or ask other people to be someone or something they are not.

It is time to get back the network part of network marketing and this starts with learning to build a network of people.Making your dreams come true is about making friends and helping one another. When you do this, the making money part will naturally follow.

Now that you know that it is not your fault, it is time to learn how to swallow being that 90% and know that this is ok. You do not need to be individual else or ask other people to be someone or something they are not.

It is time to get back the net part of net marketing and this starts with learning to build a network of people.Making your dreams come true is about making friends and helping one another. When you do this, the making money part will course follow.
