Artist Offers Support For Dialing 2-1-1

The painting is to be used to represent the need for using the 2-1-1 phone number nationwide. Rodrigue believes last year's Gulf Coast storms demonstrated the need for a single three-digit phone number for information on community services, volunteering and human service information and referrals that would be used nationally.
