4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegarDirections
Combine the broccoli, green pepper, carrots, raisins, walnuts and onion in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, until smooth. Pour mayonnaise mixture over broccoli salad and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
