Finding Packing Boxes For Your Move

The next best place to look is neighborhood stores. Go to some of the stores taht you frequent on a regular basis. Ask the guy at the donut shop or the convenience store if they have any extra boxes. These places get boxes all the time and usually just end up recycling them or throwing them away. They would be more than glad to give you a few of them. Especially if you are a customer. Hopefully you have enough boxes by now. If not you have one last resort.

Its now time to check local dumpsters. Drive behind some large stores and look for boxes hanging out of dumpsters or resting beside them. make sure that they are actually being thrown away before you grab them. Also be sure to check them for bugs, old food, etc before you put them into your car. This isn't the best source for boxes but you do what you have to do.

Hopefully you now have plenty of boxes for your move. You still might have to buy a few specialty boxes for wardrobes, etc but at least the bulk of your boxes will have been free.
