Deciding what product or service you will market in a niche should be based on a simple rule. The need for your item should be large enough to maintain the income level that you want to attain and sustain the competition. As previously stated, if you offer a item or service that will help a group of people that are actively looking for that help, you will have a winning niche. If your niche idea fulfills the requirement, it will be lucrative as long as you follow through.

Research is the key, research will tell you if a niche is or isn't advisable before you spend countless hours marketing it.. You must research your target market, you must know when, where and how they spend their funds, what their needs and wants are and so on.
