How to Choose a New Hair Colour

3. Your Hair Colour. If you have blonde hair with white undertones or brown hair with gold undertones then it is likely you have a cool complexion.

4. The Colours For You. If you are going to change your hair colour then you should go for ashy browns rather than red-browns. Black can also work well with your colouring. If you want to go for blonde then you should go for the gray type blondes rather than yellow ones.

Warm Colouring

1. Your Skin Tone. People with warm skin can have pale peach skin colour or brown skin with gold or pink undertones. Also, if you have skin with lots of freckles or a rosy flush then you have a warm skin tone.

2. Your Eye Colour. If your eyes are green, golden brown or hazel with green speckles then you are the type of person with a warm colouring.

3. Your Hair Colour. If you have a yellowish blonde hair colour or your hair is brown with red undertones or it is red itself then you have a warm colouring.

4. The Colours For You. Try and go for golden or red colours and possible a rich brown. Gold highlights can also be a good way to go. It is best to stay away from black or very light blonde.

If you are still not sure what colour to go for, keep it simple. Go for something that is not too different from your natural hair colour.
