I Have Finally Decided to Quit Smoking for good

Does this phrase sound familiar at all? Am I setting myself up for a relapse? What do you think?
Well, that is okay everyone is entitled to there own opinions.

I'm tired of going outside in the cold to smoke, smelling it in my hair and in my clothes. The price of cigarettes is another reason i want to quit smoking. It is the same price as one movie ticket and I would enjoy going out once in a while instead.

We already know there are laws against smoking in public places. However I'm not sure if places like parks, beaches and vehicles with children are included yet, but I'm sure they are next on the list.

Vehicles with children is understandable. No one wants to harm there children or there non smoking spouse. This is why I went outside to smoke. Having a law against smoking outdoors is a little ridiculous, it is open air and no one is confined to it.

When I did smoke it was always outside in the backyard very often in public areas.

When you live someplace like we do and the temperature drops in the winter month to -35F or colder with a windchill factor the desire for a cigarette is not as strong.

I want to make one thing very clear, no one forced me to quit smoking, it is my choice and i am ready for the challenge.

It is sad in this day and age that smokers are being bullied into quit smoking or else they are not welcomed anywhere, like social outcasts you might say.

I believe most smokers today want to quit smoking and I know for a fact how difficult it is.

Issues that non smokers have with smoking is there own opinion and that is fine but don't force or infringe these options on others.

Smokers will quit when when they are ready to.
