Some of the causes for kidney stones are wrong dietary habits, drinking an insufficient amount of liquids, infection and obstruction in the urinary tract, certain diseases involving the intestinal tract, and other diseases such as gout, ect.
Kidney Stones are most often formed because of a lack of hydration (water) which results in lower levels of urine. Because of this, other medical procedures have been devised to avoiding cutting the kidney.
Typically, kidney stones will develop because of inadequate fluid intake which could be associated with higher protein diets, little purified water, and soda consumption. It should be noted that soda does not directly cause kidney stones. However, because soda leaves you feeling hydrated; your body is slowly becoming dehydrated and not allowing a healthy body flush. The result is tiny stones in the lining of your kidney.
Your diet can aid in flushing your kidneys. Drinking water is only half of flushing your kidneys. You can also eat foods that contain water. For instance, both fruits and vegetables contain water soluble fiber which will also naturally flush your kidneys. Be sure to eat at least 5-7 servings a day.
