This is David Nielsen and Hello to everyone, I'd like to express my appreciation to you for your visit to my page. The purpose of creating this blog is to make a couple of points and illustrate what money gifting programs are about. What is the definition of Money Gifting Programs? What is the fundamental principle of Monetary Gifting? I wonder if a Money Gifting Program is a pyramid scheme. And finally, is giving cash as a gift legal?
The questions about the money gifting programs are excellent, do you agree? Let us look at the first one to start.
How does a Money Gifting Program really work?
Gifting is a very personal principle that is being incorporated by people in private organizations and dates back to the time of Christ. Private gifting doesn't involve Commercial or Business activity. It's not Affiliate Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing There are absolutely no transactions in Investment, Securities or Business involved. Money Gifting Programs are the simple concept that it is just another club to belong to.
How does Cash Gifting function and what is it based upon?
When we want to be kind to someone we often privately give them a gift. This has been occurring for hundreds of years.
People can share their personal wealth with family members, acquaintances, or anyone they choose. This practice is accepted by governments around the globe. Are you a naturally generous person, giving your family and friends thoughtful gifts, or do you readily offer your help to those in need?
All across the globe, people of different cultures gift money as a part of their everyday lives. They will offer a gift so that their neighbor can achieve something like starting a business or buying a home. Gift-giving is quite common within the South American, Jewish and Asian cultural communities. And then that person turns around and gifts someone else to help improve that person's life. Habitat for Humanity is one well-known case of giving gifts privately. Everyone donates their time, talents and materials to help others build a new home. These people all work together to bless someone's life; some may use hammers and nails, while other use monetary gifts, but they all do it to bless another human being. Wow, that was cool!
Let's look at some of the different ways the gifting activity works.
One concept is most who gift follow a step by step plan in an orderly fashion. You are familiar with the saying, "As you give, so shall you receive." "You reap what you sow", is really true here. Is it beginning to make sense to you? One of the best parts about giving a person a gift is that you will begin receiving gifts in return. Once the Laws of Attraction go into effect, you are unable to stop it. Its easy to see that giving a blessing to someone else opens the door to receive blessings for yourself. For those of you who have not read The Laws of Attraction by Michael J. Losier - I want to really encourage you to do so. Basically speaking, there isn't a hierarchy of people in a position over the newest members in a Money Gifting Program. Each person is equal to the next, see if you can find that where you work or anywhere else in fact.
Money Gifting Program a strategy that resembles a pyramid plan.
It's absolutely untrue - money gifting programs are not pyramid schemes! Pyramid schemes cannot be run by an individual, but only by a company or a business. Money Gifting Programs are private sharing clubs that are very popular, but, they are not companies. Sales quotas do not exist. There aren't any positions. There isn't a wide base at the bottom. There is also no one at the top. No question about it, everybody is equal. How often do you observe a person who begins at the bottom level in a business and winds up at the top position? It's not something I've done.
Lastly, is it legal to gift money?
In fact, organized giving has been practiced by individuals as well as church and civic groups for more than 300 years. Individuals are allowed to exchange gifts its legal. Americans have the right to make money, pay their taxes, and give away their property. They just have to do it within the limits of the law. That is why we have the Preamble, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. They protect our right to manage our property as we see fit within reason.
Legally, private gifting is protected by US and Canadian laws that allow citizens to make gifts of cash, property, and other assets under a different set of rules than are used for paying someone. The U.S. The IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, contains the pertinent rules on gifting.
The law allows any individual to gift as much as $11,000 per calendar year to another individual without incurring any tax liability because the tax on the gifted amount is considered to have been paid already. The gifts referred to here aren't considered as part of the receiver's gross income.
