The Crip Walk to a Better You

V-shaped movement of your feet
2 The Heel-toe, involves steps like crossing one leg and a semi twist of your heels and toes – an angle of 90 degrees behind your left foot is required to make that perfect semi twist.
3 The Shuffle is a combination of movements of your feet forwards and then backwards.
4 The Snake is a walk that referred to as the famous “clown walk” by moving the front leg left side and then the right on his heel followed by his back leg movement.

These crip walk versions are now being used to dance fitness workouts. The timings would be developed with this kind of walk, thus would make sweating out fats while dancing is guaranteed to become successful. Any move that you make would require sharp thinking and alert leg coordination that would lead to a perfect body built.
