Along with bullying, peer pressure is one of the main challenges facing teenagers. They experience peer pressure from their friends and others in their age group, who thirst for them to do something they don't demand to do. This includes drinking, drug use, and other forms of reckless behaviour. Teens feel the need to fit in with others in their peer group, which is why they have a hard time saying no. They may agree to do something wrong because they yearn to fit in with their group. They worry that if they say no, their friends will ostracise them.

Thus, their moral beliefs is immature, and they are less likely to notice guilty or ashamed about subjecting others to abuse. Although certain steps could be taken to stamp out bullying, this process is complicated by the fact that similar power relations exist across our societies. One need only turn on the TV or read the newspapers to pinpoint a depiction of a powerful antagonist making life hard for a weaker subordinate.
This is perhaps the greater challenging teenager issue going. The urge to meet and date members of the opposite sex could be seriously hampered by the sheepishness and poor own-esteem that could also be a fact of teenage life. With the right classification of support from peers, parents, and teachers, puberty need not be so difficult. The teenager requirements to know that they may be honest with others about what they are going through. That guise, sound teaching can be given to them.
