The Six Week Cycle Rule For Advertising Online

I'm going to start off with "I have some bad news and I have some good news about you and your future income." The good news is you will have fewer competitors next year because many of them will be out of business. The bad news is you might be one of those out of business.
The headlines are saying "businesses are struggling." I opened the newspaper and said to my business partner " I can tell you who will still be in business next year." I pointed to a full page advertisement by a local appliance store." I bet you this business will still be here next year and here's why, because this business is advertising more aggressively than their competitors!
I've written about the importance of advertising and promotion. I've followed the rich people's words of advice, when the market gets bad you must advertise. Many people listen to their accountants and slack off,cut back, or remain the same.The truth is you need to advertise, and promote even more aggressively. When there's a dropoff the worst thing you can do is to cut back on advertising and promoting your business. It's now more important than ever to be aggressive about promoting your business for a bigger income.
Promotion is a six week cycle. That means if I promote today, business will increase six weeks later. Many businesses violate the six week cycle rule. They promote for ,let's say four weeks and because nothiong happens they stop. Two weeks later a sudden increase in business occures . Then just as suddenly business drops off because six weeks earlier the business owner had stopped promoting. My thought has always been to never stop promoting! Whether the economy is good or really bad, promote even if you may not have the extra money. It will improve your income. If you have no money stand on a streetcorner at lunchtime with a sign hanging around your neck promoting your product or service. Not only will you meet new customers, but you'll save money on lunch, get some exercise, and get a suntan. Obviously it takes more than just promotion to make a business a successful income producing endeavor, a business also requires strong fundamentals and a desireable product or service. During tough economic times even good businesses fail. Some businesses shrink while others flourish
When a business closes , it's customers migrate to the businesses that fights hard and stays open. Businesses that advertise while others are cutting their advertising budgets have a better chance of getting bigger, even if the market is shrinking.
Take the time to really think it over before you take that final step of cutting back on promoting. It's the most important decision you could make. You should really increase your advertising budget, and that also includes if you are making your income online.
As we all know advertising is the biggest part of promoting your business and it should come first in your plans.You have a good product or service and you want everyone to know it and buy it. The word of advertising promotes your business and your hope of income increases. Remember you can reach all those customers in their homes through many different avenues. A good way to get those customers you are looking for . So just remember, keep the advertising going, and you can have the business of all those companys that didn't.
