Yes, it is possible to build a totally water powered car. However, that technology is beyond the basic tinkerer. Relax a minute. You can turn your car into a water gas hybrid.
I thought this must be a joke. I had to find out if this was for real. A water powered car? The idea is quite simple, and makes perfect sense. Get hydrogen from water and inject it with fuel, then ignite it.
I bought three different books on how to do it. The first two I got were only $49, but they were too complicated. I could not just give up. So I tried a third. Sweet success! The last ebook I purchased cost $97, and I could not have been happier to spend it. I guess you get what you pay for.
