Its Amazing How Stress can effect the life of People all over the world regardless of
background,
Some people seem to allow life itself to stress them out, beside other things like, not
having enought money to pay bills,or I Can't find a job,I don't have this or I don't that, there are
somethings in life that we should never allow ourself to become stress out about.
Because Being Stress out, or allowing yourself to become Stress out about Every little thing
will not help you with what ever you are allowing yourself to be stress out over
because being stress, will not change the condition regardless if anything it just may enhance
the condition and make worst.,
I'd like to talk about stress and diabetes you know a lot of people really would like to know whether
or not stress can affect the blood glucose levels, well, I'd have to say yes to that Question, yes it sure
can affect the blood glucose level I've seen how it affect my wife when she become stressed.and
to be quiet clear so that you can understand what I'm Saying Stress can affect your blood glucose
levels in two ways first of all some people find that stress has an immediate effect on their blood sugar.
The majority of people that notice an effect say that stress pushes the level of thier blood glucose up,
and then there are those few that say that stress has the opposite effect upon them.
Now second of all its also very important to understand that in the long run stress can also have a
wear and tear effect on the body of those that has diabetes and on thier blood glucose.
The majority of people that have diabetes have experience these effects from time to time most of
the time when people are stress out or feel stress they often stop taking good care of themself, mostly
because they are so overwhelmed with stress that they really don't have the energy.so what happen is
ultimately stress can really trigger a negative spiral of feeling overwheimed.
when people are emotionally stress they usually do less because they feel so drained. now if they
are a diabetic they usually manage their diabetes, blood glucose levels very poorly
therefore it is so important to find ways to help cope with stress, exspecally those with diabetes
it is so important to learn how to handle stress because it can help both your body, spirit, and soul.
Now its important to understant that everyone from time to time has experience stress some more then others
But regardless of how stressful life may seem to be some time, "you can get pass the stress",
don't allow youself to become stress out over every little thing that comes your way.
as a diabetic you must learn how to manage your stress, learn to do things that will help you relax
you must understand and realize that by doing things that help you to relax it can also help you manage
your stress therefore helping you control your blood glucose.
sence you now understand that uncontrolled stress can throw your glucose levels out of control
or out of whack, now, think to yourself, there are lots and lots of ways to relax yourself,
you must find or think about ways that can best work for you, just to name a few how about some
quiet time reading your favorite book, how about some exercise,or physical activities, some people
like taking on the telephone to family members or talking to friends, how about praying or worship
service..,I'm sure that you can think of some things that you would enjoy doing some that could relax
you and get rid of your stress..,I'm sure you can find lots of wonderful ways to relieve and control
your stress, what ever ways you decide to choose I'm sure it will help you feel better about yourself
and enable you to manage your life and your diabetes much better
just be sure to remember that "you can get pass the stress",and better manage your life
