  • America's Top Five Nudist Beaches  By : Natalie Aranda
When one thinks of nudist colonies, it is natural to think of nudist beaches as well. Modern swimwear is often so revealing that it seems only a small step to nudity. There are several types of nudist beaches. The first time is a real nudist beach in which clothing is not allowed. This type has waned in popularity in recent years. The opponents of this type of mandatory nudity argued that the movement was all about individual freedom and that meant people would also have the right to keep their clothes on as well as take them off. The more up to the date type of nudist beach is actually a clothing optional beach. A variation of the nudist beach is the topless beach. The topless beach is pretty much a place where women bare their breasts and no other nudity is permitted.

There are a surprising number of nudist beaches spread across the entire United States. Laws vary from state to state, and from town to town. It is a good idea to be aware of local laws when planning a nudist vacation. Some of the nudist resorts are located on or near bodies of water including lakes or rivers. The following list is just one person's opinion of the top five nudist beaches in the United States.

  • Arriving In Allicante And At The Costa Blanca  By : Clinton Maxwell -
Murcia is easy to locate on a map of Spain. This is because of its proximity to the Costa Blanca as well as the association that it has with the salt swamps in the area. Its capital city has the same name as the province and within its boundaries, there is a lagoon called the Mar Menor (or small sea) separated from the Mediterranean by the Manga, a stretch of land which looks like a sleeve and is sandy. Next the land curves around a peak and the important city of Cartagena can be seen distinctly; when you are near exiting the province you have a fantastic beach resort area and city called Aguilas near Torrevieja. This region of Spain is known to have very hot summers, many a day reaching temperatures as high as 40 degrees while the winters are mild and not very long. It is best described as having a very dry landscape on the interior areas but has managed to be known to have fertile land for producing vegetables and legumes.

The Fox Theatre was originally designed to be a Shriners' temple but the Shriners budget fell short of what was required and they sold it to William Fox in 1927. Mr. Fox turned the temple into an incredible theatre which opened its doors in 1929. The building was a masterpiece and included such architectural features as Onion domes and minarets. Features which make it stand out from the surrounding buildings and homes. When you entered the theatre you were greeted by a 140 foot entrance arcade which led to a grand lobby complete with gold fish pools and an imported marble kiosk which was the ticket booth. The theatres designers spared no expense in its design. The theatre soon fell on hard times however because of the Great Depression and would be forced to close its doors in only 3 short years. Since that time it has gone through several different stages. It has been used as an opera house, for concerts and even had a large screen and stereo system installed in the 50s. The outlook for the theater was bleak until a group of citizens raised almost 2 million dollars to save the theater from demolition in 1978. Since then it has been lovingly restored to its former opulence and hosts everything from Broadway shows to comedy acts. It is truly a wonderful place that you should visit.

Neighborhoods for Aurora homes include The Dam East, The Dam West, Fitzsimons Campus, Mission Viejo, Original Aurora - Aurora's "downtown", Stapleton and the Buckley Air Force base. Aurora has grown over the past 40 years as a series of development communities. For example, Mission Viejo occupied what was formerly a farm of 640-acres, or about 1 square mile, by Quincy Avenue and Chambers Road. The company that built the development modeled it around Mission Viejo, California, including characteristic "Barcelona" entrance walls and "Mission Bell" street lights. The development opened in September of 1972. Local transportation needs can be met by several highways and the E-470 beltway. The Regional Transportation District's light rail transit system was extended to serve the southwestern edge of Aurora on November 17, 2006. An extension of light rail along I-225 through the city is planned to connect with a commuter rail line between downtown Denver and Denver International Airport (DIA), by 2015. The Denver Metropolitan FasTrack system is being expanded 119 miles, with six new lines and the extension of two existing rail lines. The 14-year project will cost almost $5 billion.
