Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced its association as one of the main and the official limousine sponsors of the Zubin Mehta Concerts, scheduled to take place from the 7th to 12th of October, 2008 at the NCPA in Mumbai.
Musical Maestro and internationally renowned Indian conductor of Western classical music Zubin Mehta, has achieved a number of awards in his 30 years music career. Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer announced the sales figures of the last ten months of 2008 which shows impressive progress to achieve its goal of record sales figures in 2008. In January to October 2008 Audi India increased its sales countrywide by 203 percent to 884 cars (January - October 2007: 292 units). In the month of October 2008 sales grew by 312 percent in comparison to October 2007.
